On Sunday, August 13th from 9AM to 1PM here in Bend, OR at the Trinity Lutheran School.
Come out and learn the Highland Games events from a former pro and current lightweight world record holder with over 10 years of Highland Games coaching experience!
This event will cover the technical fundamentals of each event along with the cues and drills needed to succeed in the Highland Games. The clinic will help solidify technique and training concepts for advanced throwers, while giving new athletes an opportunity to learn and practice the events prior to the upcoming Prineville Highland Games on August 26th.
We will also discuss injury prevention, gym training guidelines, nutrition and other topics that will undoubtedly enhance your throwing and overall Highland Games experience. All are welcome to attend. Please sign up ASAP so we can make this event as successful as possible and plan for the group size/levels. Clinic is limited to 15 participants. We will have all implements on hand (including cabers).
