Indian Club Fundamentals: Part #5

If you have not yet seen Part #1 of this Indian Club video series, please take the time to START HERE.

Now, we finally get to the “meat and potatoes” of Indian Club training: The Mill Pattern. This where we begin to get most of the benefits from this unique implement. The pattern itself, while it looks simple to the viewer, does actually take a little longer to learn than you would initially expect. Focus on the relative positions of the elbows and shoulders, and you’ll likely pick it up correctly.
