The 360 Swing

Next in Mace Training Fundamentals series, is learning to do the full 360 swing. Once you’ve mastered and understood the pendulum position, this next step follows naturally towards this most basic of complete mace movements. Make sure you maintain the same starting position no matter which direction you’re swing, and let your hands “sink” as deeply as they can to keep the movement smooth.
