Olympic Weightlifting Clinic: November 19th; 11AM – 2PM

Max Fitness and John Odden of Empowered Strength are excited to offer a clinic to teach the necessary prerequisites to safely and effectively utilize the Olympic lift variations in your training, including the snatch, clean, and jerk. John will cover the movement fundamentals, drills, and execution of the lifts in detail along with hands-on training, coaching tips, and program design. Beginner and advanced athletes are welcome to attend.

$40 for Max Fitness and Empowered Strength members

$50 for non-members and day-of sign-ups.
